Gingerbread Milk - Bakemas Day 9

You will need
500ml milk
½ tsp ground ginger
1-1½ tbsp blackstrap molasses
Drop of vanilla

Put the milk and ginger in a saucepan and slowly bring to a simmer stirring occasionally. Once simmering take off the heat and add in the blackstrap molasses and vanilla, stir until all the molasses has dissolved and serve.
Optional, add a dollop of coconut cream, a sprinkling of chocolate and serve with gingerbread men, I used this recipe.
