Black Forest Chia Pudding - Bakemas Day 10

You will need
3 tbsp/30g Chia seeds
1½ tbsp/10g cocoa powder
200ml/0.8 cup nut milk
1-2 tsp honey/agave syrup
250g/2 cups fresh or frozen berries
Coconut cream
Fresh berries, dark chocolate & sunflower seeds for topping

Mix the chia seeds, cocoa powder, milk and sweetner together in a pot, cover and leave in the fridge overnight. In the morning get the chia pudding out the fridge to warm up.
Put the frozen berries in a saucepan on a low heat and cook until soft stirring occasionally then set aside to cool slightly.
Stir the chia pudding and decant into glasses, spoon the cooked berries and coconut cream on top in layers then add fresh berries, dark chocolate chunks and sunflower seeds to finish.
