


You will need
400ml/1⅔ cup milk, I used almond but any will work
4 tbsp chestnut puree
1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp honey/agave syrup
a few handfuls of ice
Coconut cream/whipped cream, dark chocolate shavings and whole chestnuts for garnish.
Put the milk, chestnut puree, cocoa powder and sweetener in a blender and blend until smooth, add a few handfuls of ice and blend until a slushie-like consistency forms. Top with coconut cream, dark chocolate chunks and chestnuts.
Serves 2
