20g/¾ oz honey/agave syrup
110g/4 oz Christmas pudding, I used raw Christmas pudding recipe here
Flaked almonds
Cover the bottom of a 2lb loaf tin with grease proof paper and set aside.
Melt the chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil together in a bowl over a pan of boiling water stirring until smooth.
Once everything has meted take the bowl off the heat and mix in the honey.
Break the Christmas pudding up into pieces and stir into the mixture then pour into the loaf tin, sprinkle with flaked almonds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set. Store in the fridge.
